Sending Original Art?

Prior to accepting any art, all customers must read and agree to our terms & conditions. Customers must also contact us before sending any art work, so we can make appropriate arrangements for delivery.

We recommend these types of images.

• Original paintings, slides, negatives, or 4x6 photos (or larger)
  • All shipping, receiving and insurance costs, for the art, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The customer assumes ALL risk when sending, receiving, or handing over art.
  • We recommend insuring your art for the appropriate value.
  • If no arrangements are made for returning the art, we will assume the art is unwanted.
• Acceptable digital file formats: .jpg, .eps, .pdf, .tif, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), or Photoshop (.psd).
  • Our email accepts files no larger than 7 MB.
  • If file is larger than 7 MB, it can be sent on a CD, DVD.
  • If text is included in the design, the text needs to be vectorized or outlined, do not send any fonts.
• Mural file size: 100 dpi at full size
• Repeating wallpaper pattern: 300 dpi at full size, need to show one repeat of pattern only.
  • Pattern width: 18 inches – 30 inches
  • Pattern length: no more than 36 inches

Custom Digital Wallpaper, Border and Mural Pricing?

• If you are interested in creating your own wall covering, we offer digital printing on site.
• Print custom digital wall covering on demand at any size beyond the 30 square foot minimum at $6.50 per square foot for wallpapers and murals; $10.50 per square foot for trimmed borders.
• We will print orders that are less than 30 square feet for an additional charge. Please call 1-866-960-3030 for custom pricing.
• If you are submitting your own design or photo, there is generally a $25 to $150 layout fee.
• We highly suggest printing out a sample before ordering a complete order, since there are NO Returns on Custom Orders.
• All custom digital design wallpapers and murals have untrimmed edges. The custom printed digital borders come trimmed which is why they have a higher cost.
• All custom wallcoverings are printed on non-woven paper, unless it is described or specified differently.
• Pick or get ideas from our custom digital wallpapers and borders, custom vintage reproductions, or custom digital murals.

Custom Temporary Vinyl Adhesive Applique Flooring

• If you are interested in creating your own vinyl floor covering, we offer digital printing on site.
• Print custom temporary vinyl adhesive floor covering on demand at any size beyond the 30 square foot minimum at $10.00 per square foot.
• Approval sample is available for $30.00 and is highly suggested since there are NO Returns on Custom Orders.
• If you are submitting your own design or photo, there is generally a $25 or more layout fee.
• Custom digital design flooring has untrimmed edges.
• Pick or get ideas from our custom temporary vinyl adhesive floor covering.

Custom Screen and Flock Printing

• 18 single roll minimum (27 inches by 5 yards long per roll and packaged in triple rolls).
• Non-flock printing is $39.00 per single roll and flock printing is $65.00 per single roll.
• We must cut 1 screen for each color in the print which costs $300.00 each.
• Once we have screens cut for print, we will print a strike-off or proof which costs $75.00 each
• If strike-off is approved, we will print order. If not, you will have to pay for each additional strike-off.
• Custom screen printing is done at a seperate location, so you are charged double freight. The printers ship the finished product to Design Your Wall and then after inspection we ship to the customer.
• The lead time for a proof is 3 days plus shipping time.
• The lead time for an order is 5-6 days, depending on size of order plus shipping time.
• Custom Screen and Flock printed wallcoverings have untrimmed edges.
• Pick or get ideas from our custom screen printed wallpapers or custom velvet flocked wallcoverings.
