Placed Orders:
Once you have placed an order, you will be notified by email when your item(s) has been shipped. Sorry, we do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses.
Listed below are the available shipping options:
Free Shipping - All wallpaper samples cost $5.00, but shipping is free worldwide. Samples should arrive within 5-10 business days, after email notification (10-14 days for custom digital patterns). Samples ship out via U.S. mail and can be expedited upon request at an additional charge. Sizes of samples depend on the pattern, but are at least 8 inches by 8 inches.
UPS Ground USA - Orders should arrive within 5-10 business days, after email notification, includes Alaska and Hawaii. We charge $12.00 per 5 single rolls, no hidden processing charges, for all United States orders. Certain products such as some Lincrusta paintable wallcoverings will have higher shipping charges due to the product’s heavier weight. Custom wallpapers and murals are charged $12.00 shipping per 30 square feet, due to the heavy vinyl paper.
UPS Ground Canada - All shipping costs to Canada do NOT include the required Duties,Taxes and Brokerage fees. WARNING - Canadian Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Fees can easily add over $40.00 to your order and these are the responsibility of the receiving customer. Orders should arrive within 5-10 business days, after email notification. The shipping cost to Canada is $18.00 US Dollars per 5 single rolls, no hidden processing charges. Certain products such as some Lincrusta paintable wallcoverings will have higher shipping charges due to the product’s heavier weight. Custom wallpapers and murals are charged $18.00 US dollars shipping per 30 square feet, due to the heavy vinyl paper.
UPS Overnight - Order must be received by 12:00 pm PST or the order will be considered the next business day. Overnight shipping is ONLY available for in-stock items. If the items are on a manufacturer’s back order or a custom order, we will notify or discuss your estimated order time. We can overnight your order, once the order is completed.
UPS International - Time and cost varies on a per order basis. You may fill out a quote form and we can email you within the next business day with your order and shipping costs. Fed-Ex International is available upon request only.
Note: Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. You must choose the correct shipping format in order for the shipping to calculate correctly. DesignYourWall reserves the right to correct your shipping method, when necessary, and charge the appropriate shipping totals. (Example: Foreign customers may not choose ground, as it is impossible for us to ship UPS ground overseas).
Art Work:
Customers must contact DesignYourWall before sending any art work, so we can make appropriate arrangements for delivery. The customer assumes ALL risk, when sending, receiving, or handing over any type of art work to DesignYourWall, including but not limiting it to thief, accidental damage, natural disasters, misplacement, etc. We recommend all art work to be insured to its appropriate value. We can return all art work, but the customer must make arrangements to cover the costs in shipping and insurance. DesignYourWall can not store or hold on to a customer’s art work. If prior arrangements are not made for returning the art, the art will be considered unwanted.
TAX
All California orders will include the state’s sales tax; otherwise US orders will be considered tax free. On international orders, DesignYourWall will not be in any way responsible, or held accountable, for customs charges, tariffs, duties and taxes imposed by any country on incoming or outgoing packages. These funds are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURN POLICY
For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise:
If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact DesignYourWall within 14 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.
Please Note: We will only be able to reimburse return shipping costs in the event that the customer requests an exact replacement of their damaged piece. If the customer decides that they do not want a replacement, the return will be treated as outlined in the \" For Unwanted Items \" section below.
For Unwanted Items or Extra Ordered Items:
If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased or you purchased more wallpaper than you needed, please contact DesignYourWall within 14 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the unwanted item. You must then ship the item (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse using UPS Ground Delivery (at your expense). Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on custom patterns or designs sold by the yard.
There will be 30% Restocking Fee for All Returned Material unless there is a manufacturing defect as described above.
PRIVACY POLICY
Our website logs IP addresses and browser types, but we do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user’s session is tracked, but the user remains anonymous. You can browse our site without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during your visit. We maintain a separate list of email addresses that are used to send our newsletters containing information about our products and redeemable discounts. We collect emails and other personal information from customer order forms, informational requests, and registration submissions. If you would rather not receive emails from us, please respond with UNSUBSCRIBE in the Subject heading and we will remove you from our collected email list. We do not share your personal information, including emails with other third parties. The information that we require on our order form is used to process your orders quickly and accurately. Your contact information is used to send you the product that you purchase and your billing information will be used to bill you for that product. We may use this information for marketing purposes.
